Repair estimates
Quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed after a physical diagnostic, before any repair work begins.
Call-out charges
On-site call-outs (repairs carried out at the customer's home or office rather than our workshop) are charged at £120/hour. This labour charge is separate from parts — any part we need to replace is quoted and agreed with you upfront, before work begins.
Uncollected devices
Devices should be collected promptly once a repair is complete. Please contact us if you need more time.
Liability
We take care with every device, but repair carries inherent risk (e.g. pre-existing damage). We'll flag any risk before starting work.
Payment
Payment is due on collection unless otherwise agreed.
