Do you charge a call-out fee?

No — there's never a charge just for us coming out to you. You only pay for the repair itself, and only once it's fixed. There's never a charge just for us coming out to you — on-site call-outs are £120/hour labour, plus the cost of any parts, and it's no fix, no fee: if we can't fix it, you don't pay for labour. We'll always quote the parts price upfront, before starting work.

Our standard labour rate is £120/hour. We always agree the likely cost with you before any work begins, so there are never any surprises — any parts required are quoted separately.

Most common phone, laptop and PC repairs are completed the same day or next day. More involved work — board-level repair, data recovery — may take longer; we'll always give you a realistic timeframe once we've diagnosed the fault.

Can you recover data from a dead hard drive?

In most cases, yes. We recover files from failed, formatted and deleted drives, SSDs, memory cards and USB sticks. If we can't recover your data, there's no fee.

Aftermarket parts are quality third-party replacements at a lower cost. Original/OEM parts are made or sourced to the manufacturer's own spec. We'll explain the trade-off for your specific repair so you can choose what's right for you.
